Australian Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery options include:

• Standard Shipping – 3–7 business days (free for most items)
• Express Shipping – 2–4 business days (metro); rates calculated at checkout

New Zealand Delivery

Dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery options include:

• Standard Post – 5–8 business days
• Express Post – 3–7 business days

International Delivery

We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking & Missed Deliveries

A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct — re-delivery may incur additional fees.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If selected at checkout, your parcel will be left in a safe location. GiftArk is not liable for loss or theft after delivery is confirmed.
